What is the See? Nobody Cares meme?
See? Nobody Cares is a frame from Jurassic Park (1993) at an outdoor cafe. Dennis Nedry, played by Wayne Knight in a loud floral shirt and glasses, throws his arm out toward the crowd and shouts with a big open mouth, while Lew Dodgson sits at the table in sunglasses and a straw hat looking stiff and embarrassed. Nedry's point is that nobody in the cafe is paying attention, so all the secrecy is pointless. The meme uses his line to deflate anyone who thinks their announcement, drama or hot take is a bigger deal than it is.
Origin: In the film, Nedry meets Dodgson, a rival company's agent, to arrange the theft of dinosaur embryos. Nedry mocks his attempt to stay low-key by loudly saying "We've got Dodgson here!" and then "See? Nobody cares."

How to use the See? Nobody Cares meme
