What is the The Rent Is Too Damn High meme?
The Rent Is Too Damn High shows Jimmy McMillan at a podium-style debate, wearing a black suit, black leather gloves and glasses, with a huge white mutton-chop beard and mustache, raising his fist with an index finger and shouting.
