What is the Comic Book Guy meme?
Comic Book Guy is the ponytailed, heavyset owner of the Android's Dungeon comic shop in The Simpsons, drawn here mid-gesture with half-lidded eyes, a zigzag frown and an open palm, looking unimpressed by everything. He is the show's parody of the snobbish, know-it-all fan, and his verdicts come in a slow, staccato rhythm: "Worst. Episode. Ever." The meme borrows that voice to pass dramatic, nitpicky judgment on movies, games, food, weather or anything that fell a little short of expectations.
Origin: Comic Book Guy, whose real name was later revealed to be Jeff Albertson, has been part of The Simpsons since its early seasons. His "Worst. Episode. Ever." line became shorthand for overblown fan criticism.

How to use the Comic Book Guy meme

It fits small disappointments blown out of proportion: a soggy sandwich, a season finale, a patch that nerfed your favorite build, a Monday. You can also flip it to sarcastic praise ("Best. Meeting.
