What is the Dinkleberg meme?

Timmy Turner's dad from The Fairly OddParents glares sideways with his teeth bared and his eyes narrowed, mid-snarl, the face he makes right before hissing his neighbour's name: "Dinkleberg..." Dad blames Dinkleberg for every misfortune, no matter how unrelated, and the meme borrows that reflex. People use it to pin a problem on their favourite scapegoat or to parody someone who blames the same culprit for everything.

Origin: The Fairly OddParents aired on Nickelodeon starting in 2001. Dad's grudge against his friendly neighbour Dinkleberg was a running gag, and the snarling still became a reaction image in the late 2000s.

Also known as: Timmy's Dad Dinkleberg, Fairly OddParents Dinkleberg.

How to use the Dinkleberg meme

There is only one box, at the top. Write the question or problem there, like "who broke the build?" or "why is the Wi-Fi slow?". The image itself supplies the answer: everyone who knows the meme hears Dad muttering "Dinkleberg...". You can also spell it out with a second line in the same box if your audience may not get it.

It works when the blame is obviously unfair or reflexive: blaming the intern, blaming the new patch, blaming the ref, blaming Mercury retrograde.
