What is the Mr. Incredible Mad meme?
Mr. Incredible Mad shows Bob Parr from Pixar's The Incredibles leaning across a table in a gray shirt, mouth wide open, fist raised and reading glasses clenched in his other hand, with crumpled papers scattered in front of him. He is in a full frustrated rant, the kind that comes after being pushed one step too far. As a meme it is the face of anyone who has finally snapped at something irritating, confusing or repeated once too often.
Origin: Mr. Incredible became a meme staple around 2021, when edits of his face going from happy to traumatized or uncanny spread on YouTube and TikTok. This furious frame is a common companion.
Also known as: Angry Mr. Incredible, Mr. Incredible Yelling, Bob Parr Angry.
How to use the Mr. Incredible Mad meme
Use the top box for who is reacting and the bottom box for the trigger, or a setup and a shouted outburst. The image is an explosion of anger, so the trigger should feel like the last straw: one more scope change, the same question again, the homework method that changed since you were in school.
It works for workplace complaints, parent-teacher homework rage, game balance updates, and sports officiating. Shouty, all-caps quotes are a natural fit if you want him to say the line directly.
