What is the Naoya Hair Flip meme?
Naoya Hair Flip is a frame from the Jujutsu Kaisen anime in which Naoya Zenin, blond hair and dark robes, drives an elbow into Choso without even looking. Choso is knocked sideways with a pained grimace and motion lines around his head, while Naoya keeps his eyes closed, mouth slightly open, one hand casually smoothing his hair back. The contrast is what makes it: a brutal hit delivered with the bored grace of someone fixing their hair in a mirror. It is used for anything that wrecks something else without trying.
Origin: The scene comes from the third season of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, which began airing in January 2026. Naoya's fight with Choso, especially the moment he flips his hair mid-attack, was quickly clipped, redrawn and turned into a labeling meme.
Also known as: Naoya Hair Flick, Naoya vs Choso, Naoya Flipping Hair.
How to use the Naoya Hair Flip meme
The left box sits over Choso and names the victim, the thing that gets wrecked. The right box sits over Naoya and names the attacker that does it effortlessly. Weekend plans, savings, a sleep schedule or a diet go on the left; a tiny hotfix, one sale, one notification or a single slice of cake go on the right.
It lands when the attacker is small or casual and the damage is total. If the right-hand label sounds smug or harmless, Naoya's serene face does the rest.
