He looks delighted with himself, like he has just pulled off a dance move nobody asked to see. The frame comes from an AI-generated clip styled like an old 1980s fantasy film, and it is used for smug, prancing confidence: someone strutting around after a small win or showing up uninvited and very pleased about it.
Origin: The clip was an AI-generated video of Rumplestiltskin dancing for a princess, posted by several Instagram meme pages in late August 2026 and later paired with Riff Raff's song "Tip Toein' In My Jordans". It spread on TikTok and Instagram as a dancing edit before imgflip users turned the still into a template.
