What is the I'm Gonna Do It Even Harder meme?
I'm Gonna Do It Even Harder is a two-panel screenshot from The Office. In the top panel Pam Beesly, leaning forward with her mouth open, snaps "Stop ___" at someone off screen. In the bottom panel Michael Scott glares back, jaw set and eyes narrowed, answering "You know what? I'm gonna ___ even harder." The subtitles are blurred out so you can write both lines. It is the format for petty defiance: being told to quit something and doubling down out of pure spite.
Also known as: Stop / Even Harder, Michael Scott Even Harder, I'm Gonna Do It Even Harder Office.
How to use the I'm Gonna Do It Even Harder meme
The first box, near the bottom of Pam's panel, is the request: "STOP" followed by the habit. The second box, at the bottom of Michael's panel, is the spiteful reply, ending with "even harder".
It suits any bad habit you are proud of: doomscrolling, buying games you will never play, eating cereal for dinner, refusing to update an app. The fun is in the repetition, so reuse the same verb in both lines.
