What is the I'm the Dumbest Man Alive meme?
I'm the Dumbest Man Alive is a three-panel stick figure comic. A small figure wearing a crown and a red cape stands on a podium in the top panel and proudly declares "I'm the dumbest man alive" in a giant speech bubble. Underneath, a little blue figure opens their mouth, and the speech bubble is empty. In the last panel the king has taken off his crown and bowed, handing it over with the line "you're clearly dumber." Whatever goes in the blank bubble is the thing so foolish it wins the title outright.
Origin: The comic is by the webcomic artist Srgrafo, whose signature appears in the corner. Edits with the middle bubble cleared became a popular template on Reddit.
Also known as: Dumbest Man Alive Comic, You're Clearly Dumber.
How to use the I'm the Dumbest Man Alive meme
There is a single text box, inside the empty speech bubble from the little blue figure. Write a confession of something so dumb it dethrones the self-proclaimed dumbest man: a first-person admission usually works best.
Pick real, relatable blunders: pushing to main, replying-all with a complaint about the sender, studying the wrong chapter, buying a game you already own. The bubble is small, so keep it to one short sentence.
