This Simpsons still shows Helen Lovejoy, the reverend's wife, eyes bulging and both fists clenched at her chest, in the middle of a horrified shriek while a crowd of Springfield townspeople stands behind her. She is the patron saint of overblown moral panic, so the image is used to mock anyone who frames a trivial complaint as a threat to the nation's youth, or to pretend to be outraged by something harmless.
Origin: Helen Lovejoy shouts the line in several Simpsons episodes, most famously "Homer vs. the Eighteenth Amendment" from 1997, where she backs a return of prohibition in Springfield.
