What is the Bill Murray Groundhog Day meme?
Bill Murray Groundhog Day is a still of Murray as weatherman Phil Connors in a heavy scarf and coat, holding a channel 9 microphone and staring at the camera with a flat, exhausted look while a crowd and a hut marked "PHIL" stand behind him. In the film he is trapped reliving the same February 2nd over and over, so the image is the face of déjà vu and of anything that keeps happening again and again.
Origin: Groundhog Day is a 1993 comedy directed by Harold Ramis, starring Bill Murray as a cynical weatherman stuck in a time loop in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. The film made "Groundhog Day" shorthand for repetition.
Also known as: Groundhog Day, Phil Connors, Groundhog Day Meme, Same Day Again.

Top box: the thing that happens again. Bottom box: how many times it has happened, or Phil's tired reaction.
It works for recurring meetings, the same bug coming back, the same question in the group chat, another sequel, another Monday. Specific numbers ("day 412") and deadpan wording fit his expression best.
